Please leave a message with the secretary.<\/li><li>Please make an appointment to see the principal or teacher.<\/li><li>Homework books or workbooks must be signed when sent home.<\/li><li>Medical and dental appointments must be made for after school.<\/li><li>Parents must inform the school about medical information e.g. illnesses and medical aid membership.<\/li><li>Holidays must be planned to coincide with school vacations and NOT during the term.<\/li><li>Inform the school about change of address, telephone number of both parents (home and work).<\/li><li>Parents are not permitted to use the parking area when dropping off their children at school.
